As per reports, the blamed had moved a request of encouraging the Juvenile Justice Board to defer its decision on the supplication of Pradyuman Thakur's dad that the adolescent be attempted as a grown-up.
The board additionally permitted the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to take fingerprints of the 16-year-old blamed in the hair-raising homicide for the 7-year-old understudy of the Gurugram-based Ryan International School.
Prior, a session court had allowed safeguard to transport conductor Ashok Kumar, who was captured by the Haryana Police on the charge of murdering Pradyuman.
